In the event, you are unhappy with your order, we can provide full refunds to customers once the products are shipped back to us. Please visit our Returns and Exchange Policy? In the event that shipping costs would exceed the value of your items, we will make an agreement with you on your unreturned items.

Tips: Please do not make returns directly to the address on the package received. Please only send to the address that our customer service provided. Any return or exchange will be valid after accepted by our customer service center.

Our couriers attempt to deliver twice before returning items back to us as undelivered. If your order has been returned to us it will be processed as a refund once we receive it. To place an order, please follow the instructions below:

Select the item you like; select the size you would like to purchase.

Click ‘add to bag’. You can add as many items as your like to your bag before proceeding to payment.

To proceed to payment, click the shopping bag on the top right of the screen and proceed to the checkout if paying by credit or with debit card or click PayPal.

Enter the required information to complete your purchase.

Due to our popular items selling fast, we can sell out quickly. We try our very best to keep stock levels up to date, however, our website may not always update quickly enough while you are placing your order. We will contact you as soon as possible to confirm the cancellation of your order. If you have ordered more than one item, the rest of your order will be dispatched.

If you suspect that you have received a faulty or incorrect item then please contact our Customer Care team before returning any items within seven days of receiving your order, we will advise you on how to proceed further. Please do not use any faulty or incorrect items after finding the fault as we will be unable to provide a refund or exchange. If you fail to contact us before returning a faulty item your return may be rejected subject to our product inspection.

Being a fashionable wears brand that constantly strives to keep up to date with the latest trends, we receive hundreds of orders per day as we want to keep our customers happy. We sometimes use outside suppliers to fulfil the orders, so you’ll always get your item on time. Unfortunately, this sometimes means that you’ll receive our items in packaging that doesn’t have High Glamour branding.

We currently offer free delivery on order over £150 (UK). We often have sales and seasonal discounts, please sign up to our newsletter and follow us on social media to receive information about our latest updates.

Select ‘View and edit bag’.

Enter the Discount Code into the Discount Codes box.

Select Apply Coupon and your discount will be applied.

We are not able to manually add the discount once you have placed the order, however, you can use the discount on your next order if the code is still valid.

If your order has gone through successfully, you will receive a confirmation email to the email address you used when placing the order. If you have not received this email, please check your Junk or Trash folder. Alternatively, you may have entered an incorrect email address. Unfortunately, we are unable to update the email address once you have placed your order.

We are not able to edit the order once you have placed it, as our warehouse team work hard to ensure your order is processed and dispatched as quickly as possible. You can, however, amend your order as much as you like before you proceed to checkout.

If you wish to cancel your order, we recommend contacting us as soon as possible. We will only be able to cancel orders that have not yet been processed by our warehouse team. If the order has already been processed, you are welcome to return the items free of charge (UK Only) for a refund once you receive them. Please follow our return steps to do this.

Once the product you have purchased on pre-order arrives at stock, we aim to send this out 3 to 10 working days on your chosen method of delivery at time of ordering.

All preorders are subject to a dispatch date change. Should this occur, you should be advised via email where you may cancel your order for a refund or await the new dispatch date.

As we can’t split orders this would mean the whole order needs to go on hold until the pre-order item is received into the warehouse. Should you not wish for this to occur and would like to receive your other item first, then please order these separately.
